problems with sd memory

i have a konica digital camera and i put 128mb of extra secure digital
memory in it and it was fine till i used it to carry some files and i put
them in the camera folder and now i can't store any pictures on it i have
tried formmating it and it is fine till i unplug it does any one know whats
wrong with it and have have formatting on the camera
