3.5MP VGA MOVIE with Compact Flash....

Would anyone have a suggestion for a digital camera that meets the following
criteria:-

(1) 3.5 MP+
(2) VGA Movie mode @ 30FPS
(3) Compact Flash option.

??

Fuji have some options but unless I select an older model they don't have
(3)
