Prog for Picmanagment

Hello NG,

I search for a good program to manage my pics. I tried several, but they
don´t satisfy me.

I need these features:

- hierachich tags
- import pics with subfolders
- read pics with same names
- delete pics which r deleted in sourcefolder
- export search result pics to send them via email, file-sharing prog or
edit them
- good searchfunctions e.g. search exclusive certain tags

Perhaps someone of u have an idea
