I'm trying to decide between Canon Rebel, Canon 10D or Olympus E-1. I'd
really like to read other folks opinions of these three.

You would be happy with any of them. You need to decide what accessories you
want to get and what you are doing with your camera and work from there. Are
you using it for home use? If so the 300D would probably fill your needs
very well. I have seen very good results from both the Canons but am not
familiar with the Olympus. You really should go and have a play with them,
hit the shops, handle them, use them, ask the saleman, they probably own one
if they are selling them as many camera nuts work in camera shops.
