Wrong checksum report with wrong file names

Dear Team ,

I am using currently  trail version of Fixity Pro & doing checksum for .dpx image sequence files .

I have observed that after checksum , generated report shows wrong file sequence which is not present in original file . 

Also it has been observed with first folder in parent directory 

Please suggestion solution for the same . I have to hold decision of buying paid version
