I just completed a project scan and the tsv is missing the filepaths of moved/renamed, changed, and removed files. TSV file is attached.

Any idea what's gone wrong?

Hi Lorenzo,

Could you please share more details about your environment? What version of Fixity are you running? What's your operating system? This could give us an idea of what could be wrong. If you can send us a copy of the report (both scan report and history) it would be great.

Thanks!

Pamela

Good morning,

The files Fixity looks at reside on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard.

Version:  AVPreserve Fixity 0.5

The files examined are in a folder which contains many folders.  The total size of the files/folders is 5.87 TB and increasing all the time.

For the last 3 months the report has only been containing this:

Fixity report

Project name    ContentDM_Data

Algorithm used  sha256

Date    2018-07-20

Time Elapsed    20 hrs 16 min 18 seconds

Total Files 345694

Confirmed Files 323632

Moved or Renamed Files  7556

New Files   14482

Changed Files   22

Removed Files   2

{{details}}

Before that and instead of the {{details}} line the report contained many, many lines about new, deleted, modified files, as one would expect.

Is the size of the folder examined an issue?

Any other ideas?

Happy to answer questions.

Thank you,

Lorenzo
