Scheduler doesn't run no matter if the application opens or not

Hi there,

I start testing the tool on my work computer to see if we can use it for digital files submitted by various faculty members on campus. I downloaded and unzipped the application on my windows machine. I have no problem to use "Run Now" menu to manually do a scan on a networked drive. But my scheduled job never runs at all, no matter whether the application is open or not. Please see the screenshot of the Scheduler I set for the test project:

I checked the user guide which clearly says the scheduler should run even if the application is not open in FAQ section. The computer is logged in during this period. Here are several scenarios of my test:

1. Logged in as my regular windows user, the Fixity application is not open. Result: No reports found for the scheduled time.

2. Logged in as my regular windows user, the Fixity application is opened by double-click the application icon. Result: No reports found for the scheduled time.

3. Logged in as my regular windows user, the Fixity application is opened via "Run as Administrator" right-click menu. Result: No reports found for the scheduled time.

I am sure the setting is saved each time if I change the scheduler run time for different scenarios. Any insights why the scheduler doesn't run?
