missing reports

after a fixity check I received a history report but not a report. That has never happened before. Does anybody has an idea why?

Did this happen with the old Fixity or Fixity Pro? Has it continued to happen?

we are using Fixity Pro and this is the first time it has happened. Is there a way (without redoing the scan) for me to find the report retrospectively?
