Moved the sourcecode to github

The sourcecode repository for fixedformat4j is moving to github: https://github.com/jeyben/fixedformat4j

At the same time the documentation will gradually move to a new site at: http://jeyben.github.io/fixedformat4j

Hope you will go and star the project to give it a good start in its new environment :-)

At the same time I plan on collecting companies / projects using the fixedformat4j api and post it on the new site.

If you don't mind I would be happy to receive the name of the company / project that decided to use fixedformat4j.

And if you could provide a small description of what problem it helps you solve I would be very glad!
