Hello I am getting same error as you described in config.log file.
i have a one internal liibrary and i am trying to cross compile that library with poky tool chain for ARM.
but i am getting error as you can see in my config.log file.

I was never able to get around this on the Mac OS X. I have since moved to CentOS gcc 4.7.2 and it seems ok.

For your inforamation i am working on ubuntu 12.04.LTS.

This has been successfully tested by a number of people on OSX. We know that it works using clang as well. 

The error shown in the config.log doesn't seem to be related to -rdynamic. 

You will need to investigate this further on your platform.
