Compile Fix8 with MSVC 2013

Hello Fix8 community,
I am trying to build the newest stable version of Fix8 (1.4.0) on Windows using MSVC 2013 for 64 bit. However I noticed that build environment has been upgraded to MSVC 2015.
Would it still be possible to build the latest code with MSVC 2013 x64 and what would you recommend for this to work smoothly?

Strange... I just did it for temp email - went good.
We removed VS2013 from nuget since:
* VS2013 has poor c++11 support
* It takes time to build, space to keep
* Almost everyone is using VS2015
* You can build it your self downgrading vcprojs or take them from prev stable version
