Some time fix8 is sending duplicate sequence number when sending message
This duplicate sequence issue has been occurred many times for us
Is there any issue in the Sequence number ???

It may be possible that you are using the same message to send twice, in that case header doesn't get clear and extra sequence number is added. Try constructing the message every time you send one or clearing the header before sending.
