Ginger Jorgental has expressed an interest in West Piper Point. She's a regular in the literature/poetry scene.

She's looking to put up a house, trees, flowers, and terraform a bit.

In our discussion, she mentioned Stranger Nightfire, a regular on the literature circuit, and a planetarium he might put up in the sky.
