We've had our first few sessions at the new Library, and we just could not be more pleased.

We have several venues that we are happy to make available for your use. We know that sometimes other in SL come and go ... and we have extended a hand to several groups over the years who were orphaned from their founding locations.

I'm attaching a graphic map that we have posted at the library. The Fireside Room (downstairs in the building) is especially good for intimate gatherings. An Octopus' Garden is under construction under the Library at the moment, so there will be another option soon.

If you want to use a space, just let me know.  We like for there to be at least an hour between non-sequential programs (events not meant to abut). Please sing out.  I can be reached directly at caledoni...@gmail.com.

Hope your week is going well!

I see you adhere to meteorological seasons and are going for the autumn vibe!  I'll work on getting beladona's beach ready for the fall....

"I only care about the words that flutter from your mind. They are the only thing you truly own. The only thing I will remember you by. I will not fall in love with your bones and skin. I will not fall in love with the places you have been. I will not fall in love with anything but the words that flutter from your Extraordinary Mind."

*chuckles* It was more of a matter of convenience.  We asked ourselves if we wanted to set up the seasonal flora in The Glen now, only to change it in 30 days. We chose to roll into autumn, and plan for a green winter motif December - February.

That's a thought to share: we are not married to the idea of a white winter.  We have two regions for The Dickens Project (we hope you will all come and enjoy them in December) and they supply us with our quota of snow and slush for the month of December.  So unless there's a big desire by our neighbors to go white, we will be happy to remain wintry green.

Bela, we should see if there's a good way to connect/blend our Octopus' Garden with your wonderful undersea area!

Best to all!
