For tomorrow-
5am run from hometown yoga on most any Thursday morning. 3, 4, or 5 miles ( as anyone is feeling ). 9 to 12 minute pace- whatever you need. There are several of us running from various places most any other day of the week.
And/or on Thursday :
I hope you will consider joining us at 6 AM for this beginners yoga class. This is not one of the hot or intense classes... this has been a perfect one for me to bring everyone from my mother , my sisters, and others I've met in town. You will experience it as a collection of push-ups, situp's , planks, and folds. There are typically 1 or 2 60 year olds that are working on their balance or managing back pain. There are occasionally 1 or 2 high school or college football players as yoga is recommended and used as part of their weight training.
Your first 3 classes will be my treat :) this was done for me by a friend ....I am so appreciative. This exercise has been super beneficial in many ways over the last two years. I would like to pay it forward to help anyone else have a similar experience ( if it turns in to that for them).
Whether it is for the run at 5 AM or yoga at 6 AM ....we are look forward to reconnecting!
