Kalo nak kasut walking gi kerja/jalan2 carik brand cam rockport/clarks/hush pups (sedap giler kasut rockport, mahal sket aa) 

Kalo ko nak transition to a walk-run program, baik carik carik kasut lari kot:

1) Brooks : best balance price & performance. skang ade discount. kedai kat the curve atau sunway pyramid kasut high end bley dapat below RM300. helpful sales assistance bley analyse kaki 

2) A6 (Asics): plush ride lembut high end .. tapi mungkin mahal sket aa .. and berat sket sebab byk sgt cushion/gel.. bley cecah 800..ade kat studio r atau stadium.. kena carik kat Pertama kot kalo nak carik model lame mungkin murah sket ... 

3) Nike: sedap and cantik fit best.... tapi tak tahan sangat kena air/tak jaga cepat rosak..range 300-500... 

yg lain2:

adidas: mahal sangat aku rase n keras sket....racing flat/kasut trail die nampak bagus
new balance: tak sedap sgt aku rase tapi range and staff bagus 
puma: ringan .. tapi tak penah try btol btol.. takut tak sedap utk jauh2...

high end lain2: saucony, newton, zoot, VFF, kswiss .. bley jer kalo nak try .. kalo nak jadi unique memang kena ambik brand2 ni

low end: power, ambros, line 7...iskk.. semua orang tgk ko lari nihhh...

pendapat aku......mungkin daling ade nak add ape2....
