Open Session and lev-mar(MPFIT)

Hi all!

I have a strange change in the type of algorithm when opening a saved session.

If I use lev-mar(MPFIT) I have limits with shape for Pseudo-Voigt, but If I save session and open that functions will use lev-mar(own) (of course in settings lev-mar(mpfit) is chosen). When I try to continue working, fitting is broken by out of range shape. 
How to save and continue working without losing type of algorithm?
I think it looks like a bug.
