Function inside function

Hello everyone! First time here. I have a problem similar to this one, except mine is with different functions. I have defined the sign function (Sgn(x)) and then tried to define another which contains exp(Sgn(x)), and that's when Fityk crashes. Is there any way to do this, or should I wait for one of the future releases?

This is all in an attempt to fit data to an asymmetric Laplace distribution, so if any of you have an idea on how I could do that, any suggestions are welcome!
