Hi everyone,

This might be a naive question, but is there a way to acquire the area under the combined gaussian curve? Is it possible to do this in a batch format and extract this information for each file loaded?

Thanks for the help!

Best,
Rosendo

Hello,
You can use the command "info peaks" which shows the peaks data, for example "# PeakType Centre Height Area FWHM parameters...". You can also sum the "Area" across the different peaks.
If you want to get data from all files. You can use the wildcard @* and specify a title.
You may find this command useful

@*:info title, peaks >> All_peaks_info.dat
