Depends on the equation (you can write what equation you have in mind).
Fityk doesn't not understand integrals in general, but it knows how to
calculate some special functions defined using integrals, such as
Voigt.

The function to be integrated is:

x^5/(sinh(x))^2

indefinite integral? like this:
http://integrals.wolfram.com/index.jsp?expr=x^5%2F%28sinh%28x%29%29^2

Sure, but then I need a someway to compute polylog functions.

yes, it's not a solution.
I'm afraid there is no simple way to do this.
One way, but not really good, is to differentiate the data.
A hard way (that would involve programming) would be to add
polylogarithm functions to the program. I won't have time to do this
soon, at least not in the coming weeks.
So maybe the simplest solution is to find a different program for this.

Best,
Marcin
