How to Add Fitness Widget to Blog

Hi! I need help adding the Fitness Widget to my blog on blogspot. I don't know what to do with the HTML fitness widget address. Do I copy and paste it and if so where do I paste it. I am very new to using blogs.

Suzanne, unfortunately I'm not familiar at all with Blogspot and how you modify the page layout and HTML. It looks like this might be of help:

but if you're uncomfortable editing the actual HTML of your website, you should really try to find someone local to you who feels comfortable helping you do what's needed (including backing up your layout so that if something gets messed up, you can recover!).
