I'm running Mustache for interchromosomal interactions and encountered an error :

Normalizing contact map...

    main()

    o = regulator(f, args.norm_method, CHRM_SIZE, args.outdir,

  File "/home/ltao/mustache/mustache/mustache.py", line 942, in regulator

    inter_normalize_map(x, y, v, res)

NameError: name 'inter_normalize_map' is not defined

Intra-chromosomal interactions work, but interchromosomal interactions give this error. Has anyone encountered this before or know of a solution?
