HicPro input for Fit-Hi-C

Hello,

     I used HiCPro2FitHiC.py to convert the .matrix, _abs.bed and .5000_iced.matrix.biases files into fitHiC2 format (fithic.interactionCounts.gz, fithic.fragmentMappability.gz and fithic.biases.gz ). 

     Then I run fithic to call loops. Here, I did not use HiCKRy.py. Is it right?

      In addition, I also used HiCCPUS on 5kb KR normalized Hi-C. But it only produced ~5k loops. However, the fithic2 produced more than 100k loops using q=0.001.
