Fit-Hi-C vs. MUSTACHE?

Hi! I see that the Ay lab has released both FitHiC(2) and MUSTACHE! Can you please clarify which tool is to be used in which domain, and for what reason? Thank you so much!

One finds enrichments of interactions wrt global background. The other finds locally maximal pixels/interactions (like HiCCUPS or SIP) which leads to a much much smaller set of calls.

Some of that discussion is there in the mustache paper.
