auto-email for first time customers

Do you guys think it would be a good idea to have ketosis information (first attachment) in the inital email going out to new customers?
They'll be more likely to see success on the program, if they have these rules in their face. I don't think any trainers/coaches would disagree with these guidelines?...
 
The 2nd attachment is a promo sheet I made a loooong time ago, check out the original logo....we've come a long way :)

For a program that doesn't allow a lot of vegetables... that logo has  TON of vegetables!

haha true! Plus you wouldn't believe the difficult time I had trying to describe to printing companies the different color numbers!
