  • below are my weekly objectives



 

Conduct weekly Q & A call

 

Conduct 30 min client coaching calls, 20 per week

 

Conduct tele-seminars 1 - 2 per week

 

Call/email hot RPs

 

Contact 5 new RPs/week

 

Create content as usual

 

Send RP TC package - post phone call (each morning)

 

Create TC package video (weekly breakdown)

 

Create step by step 1 sheet for TC package

 

Respond to emails

Jeff, 

Just got to reviewing this and there is a ton of info in it.  

I think we can do a bit better job of highlighting the benefits of the program to the client while also educating them on the process in the emails and DFY materials. My suggestion would be to put yourselves in their shoes and think about what they want from a program like this and how we can constantly tie what we are offering to them getting the desired results.  

Does that make sense?

It makes perfect sense - although not 100% what it translates to in terms of changes. Are you thinking bulking it up with a "problem - agitate - solution" kind of thing?

I don't know exactly what changes would need to made either.  In all honesty we have so many of the 28 programs for LE floating around that I don't even know if I get exactly where we will be using them in our new system with the calls. 

There may not be anything else that is needed to add to them.  Have we tested how well they work currently?

From the ones that run it, I'm getting great feedback: 
I need to do a better job of enticing the RPs to USE it for their clients. Before I was just giving them the PDF, but now I'm showing them how it can be integrated with their TCs. This new wave I picked up from FBW, I'm workin em.

Okay, lets see how it works with you building value before we make any additional changes and then we can adapt as needed.  The new direction we are headed with the calls should take care of most of it
