Pat & Ryan, 

We touched on this transformation contest funnel sequence (attached) on today's call, but need more insight from you guys before moving forward.

  • Price?
    Should we charge a low entry price ($20 - $30),  and include the '20lbs in 28 days' book, so that the RP makes some money off of them - even if they don't order food?
    Or, should it be free, like I've previously been doing with them, so that the RP can run it over & over - and just give them program?

  • Priority
    How quickly should we aim to have this in place by? 

Any other questions, that anyone has?

Jeff, 

This seems different than that scripts we were working on and the plan we put in place at the Mastermind.  Where does this fall in to the strategy that we discussed?

I may just have missed something in the days I wasn't around and need to get caught up.

Correct, this is different. This is the email sequence I've been talking about for TCs, so that RPs have something to send to their participants. It's the exact same thing we currently do with the 7 Day Meltdown, but repeated for 4 weeks (the length of the TC). The goal is to help RPs drive food sales out of a free or low-end offer.

I don't believe Sara is up-to-date on the plan we discussed at the Mastermind: Is this a correct summary of what we discussed: 
  1. customer downloads free e-book
  2. customer is upsold $28 program/book
  3. customer is upsold $49 coaching call with me (the script)
  4. I sell them on a plan/food?

Yes I hadn't heard anything about this plan - I assumed what Jeff told me about the Transformation Contests was what you all came up with at the meeting.

Sara, that sequence involving the coaching call is the one that I prefaced, on the call yesterday, by saying "I can't talk much about this without Pat & Ryan present."

The TC sequence is the thing I've been talking about with the entire group, on the weekly calls, since at least August. Below are my notes from the August 26 call - it was the first bullet & sub-bullet:

·         I’d love to discuss a post-sale strategy – how do we keep them in a sales funnel? What specific info can we keep using to keep them engaged?

o   Part of this is what I brought up last week: 1 click order emails that keep going to customers? Content for emails, timing (based on they order), and DFY menus

    • Monthly coupons for discounts on food?
      • For now, DFY options offered at end of blog

    • New seasonal Challneges/diet plans (example: 21 Day Holliday Slimdown….2 weeks of carbs, followed by 2 weeks of ketosis)

·         28 day Sales strategy – Mark Vymislicki – that email he sent out to his customers is extremely vague. They would have no clue what to do with that 28 Day challenge. Any thoughts on how to tighten this, and make it a simple opt-in for customers?
                Ask Mark about how we can make this better?  DFY emails with step by step how to sign-up for 28 Day

 

o    Can we blast that news segment out to the franchisee list? Yes, Type up email broadcast for sending out Leks’s news story, send to Sara
