We came up with our grid on the call. There were some areas that were tougher than others but we got it filled out.
We identified one key issue- if an Expert (RP) like McCombs decided to sell this to trainers would he also get commission for food those trainers may sell when they implement this program in their business?
The other issue that we don't know that selling programs like this will result in food sales which is our ultimate goal with LE. It hasn't been a proven sales model for us.
We also identified that if we moved forward with this program to sell to trainers it would make sense to offer it as a direct to customer offering since any additional changes would be minimal.
