Sara, Here are the receipts, and it looks like they went through correctly according to what you were aiming for. My question is, I only thought we were offering this special (free shipping) on a 2 week's at one time order - mainly because the shipping would have already been marked down to like $12?

Jeff- It makes more sense to get them to buy 7 days of food for the 7 day meltdown.  We need to have a follow up process for each of these people as well where you get on the phone with them to sell them more food, hopefully on an autoship at about day 3 or 4 in their meltdown.

That makes perfect since, I just wasn't sure if those numbers were already "thumbs-upped" by Nick (i.e. are we making profit off this?). But if we're good, I'm good!

And for the follow-up process, I can also type up some auto-response emails. Are you thinking on like the day 2 email, I include a TimeTrade link to connect with me on Day 3 & 4?

I thought as of the end of the call we had decided on doing one week of food, non auto-ship.
Did I miss where we decided against that?

I was under the impression that is was non auto-ship, but still for two weeks. I thought I recall you saying something along the lines of "shipping is already marked down to $12 at that point anyway."

Let me ask - how much do we make off of the "I love it all menu", if an RP get's 10%, and we don't charge $29 for shipping?

I'm not going through the decision making process right now or for a second time.  That was done on Monday on our call.  Go with what was determined on the call.  I may just not be remembering correctly, and if that's the case, that's on me.  I know I said I was good with the two week, and then i said I was good with the one week also.  Was a decision made on which?  If so who is responsible for seeing it through?

Thanks!

We'd decided 1 week, no autoship.

The products aren't setup with an option to sell two weeks non-autoship out of the box anyway, so for this quick of a turnaround, one week is our only option.
