Some of the weeks I don't have the active list from.  The weeks of 12/1 and 12/16 are a day off because those were pulled Sun-Sat, not Mon-Sun, but should still be helpful.

I can fill this in going forward so that we can see trends.

That's interesting - I know a handful of those people only intended on placing a one-time order (at least right then), from talking with them. Clearly taking advantage of the discount with no intention of auto-ship.
