This is an unofficial fitbit developers group. I'm not sure whether
any of our group members are developers working on fitbit.com. You
may have to contact FitBit's support team to get an answer to your
question.

I was actually personally unaware that a public API had been
released. I am sure the members of this group would be very
interested in obtaining API access. Please let us know how we go
about gaining access to the FitBit API, if you are allowed to share
that information.
