thank you for your support in your emails.
I am very grateful that you have developed a program that will communicate with Samsung's S Health app.
The reason why I write that statement is because I have experienced Samsung S health to be one of the better health programs that is helping me to lose weight and to exercise more.
I just bought your step pack.
However I want to ask if I need to download the Fitbit app in order to tie in with your app in order to tie into S health?
I didn't want to place the Fitbit app on my phone because I do not want too many apps working in the background of my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
I want to thank you again for this app and your support.
Do I have to have a fitbit device associated with my account or how do I get this enabled?
That said, I'm glad to be able to sync weight from my aria. Thanks.
I have downloaded the fit bit app (and do not have any fitbit device associated with that app). I installed the fit and healthy app, and purchased "fitbit export pack" which from what I read, is supposed to export the samsung steps to the fit bit app.
I have turned on all the export switches, granted permissions, etc... but everytime i look at the fitbit app, i only see calories burned. I do not see any data on steps.
the samsung health app has a tile for the fit and healthy app. Pressing "update" on that tile brings up a sync page. Pressing sync seems to start reading and exporting steps, but then finishes with a "samsung health found no data" error.
Any suggestions on what to check or better way to get my samsung health steps into the fit bit app?
one thing that is odd is that if a log into my account at the fitbit website, there is some step data there under the activities tab. its not exactly the same as the Samsung health data though.
