Alright, here is the schedule for this week.
Tues 6:30am Meet at the Rock
10k, 1/2 Marathon: 4 miles at a race pace, push your yourself for a personal best on your time
5K: 2 miles at race pace
Wed. 7pm Fit Session - Cross the bridge from the rock and meet the group by the field next to dirt parking lot
Thurs. 6:30am Meet at the parking lot by the kickball fields at the corner of Barton Hills Dr. and Robert E. Lee Blvd., (This is one block East of Barton Springs Rd. on Robert E. Lee Blvd.)
Sat 7am Meet at the Rock
10K, 1/2 Half-Marathon: 7 miles
5K: 4 miles
