1. Go to www.myfooddiary.com and sign up.
2. Fill out your profile and all your information
3. Starting this Saturday you have to log EVERYTHING you eat and drink.
4. Make sure if you miss a day you go back and fill it in.
5. Do this through Friday.
6. Print our your detailed summary for each day and bring it with you
next Saturday.
7. Be honest and as complete as possible. Dustin and I will be
reviewing each one that you turn in and we while evaluate and give you
comments and suggestions in order to help you to your goals.
8. You must turn in a report for each day in order to have a chance
at winning.
9. Help each other be accountable, this is where supporting each
other is very important.
10. Don't let "I don't have time" or "it costs money" (there is a free
trial period) be an excuse. You deserve great things. And self-
sabotage and sabotage from a close family member or partner are the
most common causes of failing to make the change.
Remember true honesty is when you do the right thing when no one is
looking or will know the difference!
