Hey guys! great week and we are going to finish strong with a great
long run tomorrow. We are meeting in the parking lot of the Barton
Springs Pool right in front of the main door. We are going to run
the trail for 60 minutes however you can get it accomplished. We will
talk strategy tomorrow morning.
Since we are finishing at the pool, bring a couple dollars and your
swim suit to have a great cool plunge after your run. This really
does help recovery and decrease inflammation.
HYDRATE!
