Hey everyone!!  This week is your week to make the best of your diet and your training.   Remember, Don Miguel of "The Four Agreements" talks to us about one of the four agreements to yourself being "Be Impeccable with Your Word".  Many catch the obvious that no lie is a good lie no matter how seemingly small.  What he expands on is how important it is to include your own "self-talk" with yourself.  We want to understand that the negative self-talk is the most abusive thing we can do to our well-being.  The "I can't, I'm not good enough to do that, that's way beyond my ability, it's too hard, I'm fat, I am not an athlete......."  what ever the negative talk is for you.  This can prevent you from being happy and reaching goals more than anything else you do.  It's powerful to realize what your self-talk involves and to stop the negativity you unleash on yourself.

This week, truly release any need to be negative or make yourself the butt of a joke.... even when trying to be funny.  Speak only the truth to yourself and "Be impeccable with your words."

See you in the morning!
