Dell will be conducting on campus recruitment for the following
positions
1. Permanent employment – System Analyst
Descriptions:
Work hour schedule based on rotational shift covering 24 x 7.
Support the Dell business users primarily on the Manufacturing &
Supply Chain applications segment globally.
Manage applications issues raised through the Dell incident management
system and ensure resolutions meeting the IT Service Level Agreement
(SLA).
Ensure that our daily and month-end batch job are executed on a timely
manner.
Perform diagnosis of incidents and manage users communications to
bring to immediate availability during systems downtime.
Work closely with other IT teams on permanent resolutions.
Document the resolutions into the global knowledge database tool for
sharing and references.
2. Graduate Apprenticeship Program (IT)
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)
Responsibilities:
The participants selected will initially undergo a 4 months intensive
classroom technical training on the related program with Selangor
Human Resources Development Center. (SHRDC)
Upon successful completion of the 4 months classroom technical
training; the participants shall be placed in Dell Global Business
Center, Cyberjaya for On-The-Job industrial training for another 4
months to assess their capabilities and competencies.
Work as part of a global team to support IT systems across all
functions focusing on a specific global segment.
Individuals will manage incoming issues resolve level 1/2 issues and
escalate as needed to global team.
Manage IT support issues raised through the Dell incident management
system and ensure resolutions meeting the IT Service Level Agreement
(SLA).
Perform diagnosis of incidents and manage users communications to
bring to immediate availability during systems downtime. Work closely
with other IT teams on permanent resolutions.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates IT related course from universities.
Minimum CGPA 2.7 or equivalent
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Willing to work in Cyberjaya
Willing to work on rotating 24 X 7 shifts
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence
status
