Also, I just got a book with a very sensible diet plan. I'm sure none
of you have watched it, but I'm ashamed to say I rather enjoy the TV
show, "Celebrity Fit Club." It really does inspire me when I'm trying
to lose weight. Anyway, there's a Harvard-educated doctor on there
who has a "Fat Smash Diet." It's something that starts out with a 9-
day "detox" (basically eating a lot of fruits and veggies and not much
else), but then is just sensible eating. I think I might try it, and
if anyone else is interested, I'll be glad to put the outline of the
diet on here for you. Just let me know.
