Dear Students,
 
Good day.
 
Hope you are enjoying your first day. A few things for you to take note of:
 
1. Please ensure that you adhere to the company's rules and regulations especially on the time and dress code concerns.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure all the procedure for proper assessment and evaluation of your training is done completely and smoothly. Therefore, should you not receive any correspondence from your faculty supervisor for more than 2 weeks throughout the training period, please make your effort to get in touch with him or her as soon as possible. The faculty supervisor will be one that assess your performance for training as well as the liaison between the university and your company supervisor during these period. Therefore, please keep close contact between you and your faculty supervisor. Your assigned faculty supervisor will be contacting you latest by end of Week 2 of your training. So, please be patient as we are in the process of assigning the supervisor for all of you now.
3. Should you have any issue about the training after working for some time, you are advised to talk to your faculty supervisor honestly and seek for advice on the matter immediately to avoid problem later on when it comes to final assessment.
4. You are bearing the faculty and university name when working in the company. Therefore, please observe the professionalism and work ethics while dealing with your colleagues and supervisors or your clients.
5. Please keep all correspondences and emails or documents related to the training as a proof for evaluation. You should read through the documentation guidelines and adhere to the specified standards.
