Dear Students,

I got many many emails asking about the procedures and what should be done on the first day of the training on the coming Friday 1 March 2013. I am not sure if most of you did not read emails or you are just too anxious of going for the training, you are writing in to ask a lot of questions which are clearly explained in the emails I sent to you recently. Once again I will have to remind you, failing to follow the procedures during the training may result you in failure of the subject. Please take this seriously because I am not going to tolerate anymore mistakes on this seeing that some of you are being reckless. Anyway, just to clear of some doubts for most of you, here is the summary of what should you do now:

1. Make sure you have registered in the icems for the subject TPR3311 (if you have some problems registering, you still have 1 day (28 Feb) to rectify the problem and get registered before leaving for training on 1 March).

2. Read the documentation guidelines on the documentation required for the formal evaluation of your training. This is important! Incomplete documentation will result in failure of the subject. I have re-attached the guideline in this email.

3. Once you are in the company on the first day, you will get to know who is your company supervisor and the department you will be attaching. By then, you have to fill in the online form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1vwP2_XVVH7dt6eEOjdxJUvlf1l8ISgTJ_Ti8nOgoEC8/viewform . The deadline for filling the form will be on the Monday 4 March 2013 5pm. This, again is important! I will be assigning your faculty supervisor once the information is obtained. Any lateness will result in delay for the faculty supervisor assignment.

4. Wait for your faculty supervisor to contact you after that.

Hope this clarify on the procedures. Good luck!

Regards,
Leow
