Dear students who started their training this week,

Attached please find the documentation guideline for your training. As a
general practice, it is usually advisable for you to use an exercise
book and log all your daily activities during the training period like a
diary or journal. This will be useful for your preparation of the weekly
report at the end of each week. Only the weekly report required company
supervisor signature. The final report will then be a compilation of
your signed weekly reports together with some additional information as
in the guideline. Please spend 10 minutes read through the guideline for
your own understanding on what you should document for your training.

I will be assigning the faculty supervisor by beginning of next month
and for those that notified me that they have started their training, I
will try to assign the faculty supervisor by this week so that he/she
can deal with the company supervisor soon. Therefore, for those who
starts early, please keep the weekly reports until you knew who is your
faculty supervisor and please inform your company supervisor to wait
till 1 March for details on the procedures. Please follow up with your
faculty supervisor after that.

Thank you.

Warmest Regards,
Leow

Some students feedback that the guideline is a little confusing. Therefore, I have revised the guideline and attach the revision here. Thank you.
