Dear Students,

Only those already submitted their photocopy of offer letter should
pre-register with the ICEMS for TPR3311 Industrial Training. The rest of
you should pre-register only when you are sure you are going to get a
placements within these 5 weeks (ie. you already get verbal or email
confirmation from the company to take you in). Otherwise, you should
consider taking subjects. Thank you.

[IMPORTANT] ONLINE PRE-SUBJECT REGISTRATION FOR ALL DEGREE (EXCLUDING FOL
STUDENTS), DIPLOMA & FOUNDATION STUDENTS

Dear Valued Students,

ONLINE PRE SUBJECT REGISTRATION FOR ALL DEGREE (EXCLUDING FOL STUDENTS),
DIPLOMA & FOUNDATION STUDENTS

Examination and Records Unit is pleased to announce that the Pre-Subject
Registration Online for Trimester 3, 2012/2013 will begin on:

- 16th January 2013 for Degree students (Sem ID: 53) EXCEPT for all Faculty
of Law students which schedule from 21st January 2013
- 20th January 2013 for Diploma students (Sem ID: 53)
- 21st January 2013 for Foundation students (Sem ID: 190051)

Please take note that the Pre-Subject Registration schedules are arranged
based on student's seniority (based on the total credit hours which
determined level of studies of each student).

To ensure the smooth running of Pre-Subject Registration event, there will
be 3 slots of registration per day. The slots are as follows:

a) 9.00am to 2.00pm (for the assigned group)
b) 2.00pm to 7.00pm (for the assigned group)and
c) 7.00pm to 9.00am (for both groups - a & b)

Slot a & b are opened to group as per your level of studies (based on total
credit hours). Session c is opened to all students for both groups on that
particular day. Please check your Pre-Subject registration slots carefully
and only register within the duration stipulated for you.

Each student is given 20 minutes to complete the subject registration and
your session will be terminated automatically if you are online more than
the allowed duration. You are advised to get ready with your subjects
planning for the next trimester before logging into the system.

Please be informed that the maximum credit hour that you are allowed to
register is based on your current academic status as follows:

NORMAL STATUS (GPA of 2.00 and above)
FET and FOE's student : 9 credit hours
Other Faculties & Centres : 10 credit hours

PROBATION STATUS (GPA of 2.00 and below)
6 credit hours applicable to Probation Status

To ensure the Pre-Subject Registration Trimester 3, 2012/2013 activity runs
smoothly, students who scored GPA or CGPA below than 2.5 are required to
meet the Academic Advisor and must be evaluated for Trimester 2, 2012/2013
(Sem ID: 52) assessment. This exercise would be tied up with the subject
registration. If you have not met your advisor, kindly do so immediately as
you will not be able to do Pre Subject Registration if you have not done
this part.

Attached herewith are the Pre Subject Registration Schedule and the total
credit hours descriptions for your kind perusal. You may log in into SR
Schedule through MMU Online application starting from 16th January 2013 and
you may view your Pre Subject Registration Slot and timetable through
Student Information Centre by 14th January 2013 (2pm).

Please be guided accordingly.
