Ahh you are correct  in your disappointment in my reaction .

A friend told me that there is a warrant being put together to search that office building you spend some time at on the weekends (concilium house), something about the last known location of people of interest combined with reports of gun fire in the area.

this too I also anticipated  would be problematic

Pipestone begins to pull out hamburger, using Kusanagi's good pans and cutting up some fresh vegges. He also begins to heat up a big pot of oil.

Kusanagi, alittle late to the party, His nimbus flares from the basement and he ascends the stairs in what looks like full Gusoku Samurai Armor (http://www.japanese-armor.com/images/source/Samurai_Do_maru_armor_piece.jpg) with his trusty Katana by his side. And he assumes a ready stance and quickly assess the situation... then stands up, "We're not currently under attack are we?" He slides his blade across his sheath and then sheaths it, "Do you mind if I help with the defenses?"

Kusanagi heads down into the Demense, "Yes, How did it drop the demense?" He takes his sword and slices against the brick wall, moving away a large section of brick from the wall and gently sets it down on the ground and reaches up and pulls out a sword stand with a currently very dusty looking Katana and black sheath from the wall and carries it over to Bones and Pipestone and sets the stand on the ground gently wiping away the dirt.
