Update on what's going on

When Dagel took (todds guy) to get medical care after fighting the ghost guardians
And stone took the. Girl to be treated after being attacked .
I waited for police to come an collect evidence . However the ghost guardians came back . I saw no choice but to hold the line. as it was a high probability that the ghosts returned to disturb evidence .
I killed the two ghosts guardians . They will not return . This along with the a.p.b that was put out on him should keep him on the run. Ghost that powerful are not common , he should find him self weaker at there loss.
I pick up the piles of obelisk chunks and put them in the series of body bags nearby. It took some effort to get them all in to the car.
the ghosts in the area were less organized, still plentiful, and I don't see Marty around. Went to my meeting place for charlotte (a mage you probably last saw a couple years ago) was cleaning , After greetings, he told me that Charlotte cannot talk about those monuments, due to a deal with their creators.
(seers if I'm not mistaken )
He recomended I talk to Crane, a member of Charlotte's courts who focuses more on building things. He might be able to assist . He suggests I look to where the city is growing and building, especially when it reaches for the sky as it does so.

Something on a differnt note . A kid gave me a lot of information that matches plenty of presumed gang activity that the police had.
He gives names and rough faces of people who are known for being violent and general areas they tend to hang out in.
The Foces being ms13 , In the twilight, violent spirits and new angry ghosts are on the rise in the MS-13 area (South Charlotte.)
If your in this area be careful .
At a couple points I had to avoid a bout of violence (either from ghosts or spirits) at one point had to toss spells to drive a ghost off who is getting too hostile to you.
From my vantage point, I was occasionally able to see ganger guns' bullets that glow with primal energy. But it looks like a ghostly numina of primal energy. so while I'm are pretty sure who did it, I can't be sure what spell is on the bullets. My guess would be ephemeral.
