Role : MS CRM Lead

Location: Leawood, Kansas.

Duration: 6 months contract with a possibility of extension

Must Have :

1. MS CRM Expertise in 2015 and Database along with
2.Highly functional Expert knowledge working with Business User in MS CRM Dynamics modules.

 The Dynamics CRM Function Sr. Lead will work closely with cross functional teams and collaborate with engineers to develop a standard platform across multiple business units, possessing the ability to succeed with these teams and take leadership on key initiatives.

 

Must haves

• Champion to socialize Dynamics CRM as a platform to the business users as well as integration points.

• Advise customers on Dynamics CRM by: holding discovery workshops, curate training and product-demos, maintaining community by detailing Dynamics features and app integrating with CRM.

• Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation.

• Envision implementation, from a higher level, and ability to collaborate closely with product owner to build extensible solution.

• Embrace the Dynamics-as- a-platform vanilla features and expertise in sales, marketing, and service modules.

• Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to act as technical expert in proposal development and presentations to SMEs.
