There is one final IOD at the Manhattan Yacht Club and we would like to find a new home for her.  She was originally called White Arrow.

Fleet Captains:

This is a reminder that a Special Meeting of the IODWCA will be held this Saturday, March 28th, 2026 at 1000 Eastern Time.

Agenda items on which voting will take place are:

1.       Removal of Manhattan Fleet

2.       Recognition of Gibson Island as a Fleet

Please refer to the attached exhibits for full details.

As a reminder, Exhibit 1 (Gibson Island) sets forth four mutually exclusive alternatives. The intent is that only one of these alternatives will ultimately be approved. Voting will be conducted by process of elimination, meaning that one or more preliminary votes may take place to narrow the options, followed by a final vote selecting a single alternative. 

Exhibit 2 (Manhattan Fleet) will be decided by a straightforward yes/no vote on whether to discontinue recognition of the fleet.

Please let me know who your Fleet representative will be ahead of the meeting. The meeting will be held via Zoom (connection information below).
