Welcome to the Fish School Forum!
Community tanks make it very difficult to train fish - too much competition for the reward. I suggest you set up one of your small tanks as a separate training tank, and start with one (or maybe two) of your guppies in there. If after a week or two they don't seem to be learning, I'd purchase a betta, which we know can be trained. Those tanks are going to be too small for a goldfish.
