FIS 2019 Christmas Party - 14th December

December is rapidly approaching and I know that the FIS Christmas ride is on your minds, wondering when and where is the annual Christmas Party for 2019.
The FISACPSCWP (refer below) have had discussions over the last few weeks and have confirmed the event details.
Peter and Suzie Gallagher have offered their home again to hold this year’s Christmas Party which will be on Saturday morning the 14th December 2019 following a 7.06 ride to Blackrock and back.

Unfortunately previous guest appearances of Cardinal Pell and Black Santa will not be able to make it due to constraints in movement. However our staff in search of Talent, have been investigating a replacement and have advised that they have a very special surprise this year, possibly an International guest.
If you could indicate to Peter and or the FISACPSCWP if you will be attending so that catering can be accommodated correctly, it would be appreciated. Cost this year will be $20 per head. Volunteers for the day will be gratefully appreciated and check with Peter for any extra accessories that may be needed.
Some of the Special prizes for consideration this year - talk under water award (male and female), best Christmas dressed award, Dopey, Sleepy and Grumpy award (one of the seven dwarf's), the perpetual Morris Guerin award, etc...
Don't forget to have some Christmas cheer on you and the bike for the ride, come on be brave like Trevor is every year

Riders and Associates of The Esteemed Institute!
The FISXPOSCRSSC (Flemington Institute of Sport Christmas Party Organizing Sub-Committee Ride Standards Sub-Committee has had a hastily assembled meeting on the eve of the Christmas Party.
The Committee wishes to advise all Institute members that the ride Saturday 14th December will be a DECORATED RIDE. Leaving DG pub at 7.07am down to Blackrock and back. No doubt Neil will bring his regular chocolate supply and Trevor ... well who knows what he will turn up as.
All members are requested to decorate their bikes with Christmas baubles of multivarious hues and wear suitable festive clothing, FIS kit being optional. Make sure the baubles and antlers are securely.
Please check the attachment to bring back exciting memory's of years past. Hopefully this won't scare the children.
