Dear Riders of the Peleton

I thought that many of you would be interested in reading this article on cycling accidents and deaths published in The Conservation.  

Rising cyclist death toll is mainly due to drivers, so change the road laws and culture

It proposes a radical response, in the Australian context but not in the European context, of 'presumed liability'.
