Tomorrow's ride to Altona leaving the DG at 7.30 for a decent ride (60kms) with a coffee in Kensington on the return. Of course if you are in Italy or somewhere in the Alps, then you can give this ride a miss. However as we are monitoring Strava we are expecting big things form you......

We should be back by 9.45 and home soon after 10.30
